What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, driving measurable results.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare insightful reports, and present to clients and management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams for integrated campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring a team.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields (e.g., CIM UK).
- Analytical, data-driven approach with a creative mindset.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage high-profile accounts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
