Role Description
This is an on-site fulltime role for a Junior System Administrator located in Badulla. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to clients, and managing network administration tasks. The Junior System Administrator will work closely with the Information Technology team to ensure smooth operations and system performance. This is a great opportunity for individuals with basic IT knowledge to gain experience in system administration, web hosting, and cloud services.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining Linux and windows based servers
Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues
Support internal systems and web hosting platforms (cPanel, Plesk, etc.)
Work with the senior team on server and network-related tasks
🔹 Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
Interest in cloud computing and system administration
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Badulla
Good communication and problem-solving skills
