We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support the daily operations of our HR department. This internship offers hands-on experience in key HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation, providing a valuable foundation for a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in policy documentation, compliance checks, and internal audits as required.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee queries.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality and integrity of HR data and processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR practices and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
