 Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and company events
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate from a reputed university (preferably in HR, Business Management, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with MS Office and digital communication tools
