What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a productive and professional relationship with the user base.
  • Performs set-ups, breakdowns, and transports of equipment, such as monitors and laptop setups on an as-needed basis for new and existing end-users.
  • Managing centralized group directory with single sign-on.
  • Overlooking and managing corporate G-Suite licenses and apps including Gmail, Drive, Groups, Meet, Vault etc. for over 1000 users at Circles.
  • Responsible for the consolidated IT operations in Sri Lankan Entity.
  • Enforcing group InfoSec security policies through the IT directory using SSO.
  • Attending to service and access requests tickets in a timely manner to provide a quick turnaround.
  • Supporting operational tasks for the Sri Lankan entity. (e.g. - All hands meetings, Executive visits)
  • Streamline the onboarding/ offboarding process for the technical staff to minimize the overall onboarding time.
  • Manage Group InfoSec apps Atlassian, FortiGuard, Slack, 0365, Netskope, Automox, Knowbe4.
  • Responsible for user onboarding and offboarding for the Sri Lankan Operations.
  • Supporting the Cyberoperations and Cyber Governance processes to provide turn around in emergency situations.
  • Responsible for Sri Lankan entity IT system audits.
  • Other IT related duties reasonably determined from time to time by the Company.
  • Have a can-do attitude and the ability to think outside the box.

Job Requirements

We are looking for passionate Enterprise IT intern who:

I. Educational Background

  • Currently Enrolled: Bachelor's degree in,
    • Information Technology (IT)
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Software Engineering
    • Cybersecurity
    • Computer Engineering
    • Data Science / Analytics
    • Year of Study: Third year or above

    II. Technical Skills

    • Operating Systems: Basic understanding of and familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
    • Hardware: Basic knowledge of computer hardware components, assembly, deployment, and troubleshooting.
    • Networking Basics: Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN), and troubleshooting basic network issues.
    • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for data tracking, inventory, reporting), Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
    • Help Desk Support: Basic understanding of IT service management and providing first-level technical support (phone, email, in-person).
    • System Administration Basics: Familiarity with user management, system setup, and configuration.

    III. Soft Skills
  • Communication Skills:
    • Verbal: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, ask pertinent questions, and provide technical support to users (both on-site and remote).
    • Written: Proficiency in professional email etiquette, drafting clear reports, and updating support documentation.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to diagnose issues, analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to integrate seamlessly into group settings, build positive relationships with colleagues, and contribute to collective goals.

IV. Other

  • Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday without interruptions.
