Business Analyst

Description

• Assist existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze key business functions, financial statements, markets, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Support financial modelling, business case development, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.
• Assess proposed solutions, conduct impact analysis, and provide well-informed recommendations.

Entry Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of work experience in a similar role is a must.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Should be fully qualified in any of the professional accounting bodies, such as ACCA/CIMA, etc.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, is a must.
• Working experience in a computerized environment with exposure to accounting packages.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office package).
• Preference will be given to candidates who have high interpersonal skills and a team player who can work well with all levels of employees.
• Prior experience in a BPO/KPO environment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work according to the US times and calendar. Working Hours 7.00 PM to 4 AM / 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM
• This is a full-time onsite position based in Colombo
