Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Tech Lead at ACECAM (Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing technical guidance and support, driving technical decision-making, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of software development processes.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- 5 to 10 Years Experience in similar responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy microservices based enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in software development and coding languages such as Java, C++, Python...
- Experience in software architecture design and system integration
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering
