As an Associate Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and project teams to understand client needs, contribute to requirement gathering processes, and support solution delivery. - Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements under the guidance of senior BAs.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews to understand needs and translate them into requirement artifacts.
- Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to ensure clarity of business needs.
- Support senior analysts in creating functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research for new products and features.
- Take part in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the agile delivery team.
- Assist in preparing documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Maintain and update project documentation repositories.
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow rapidly in a collaborative setting.
