Key Responsibilities


As an Associate Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and project teams to understand client needs, contribute to requirement gathering processes, and support solution delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in business analysis in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.


  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements under the guidance of senior BAs.
  • Participate in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews to understand needs and translate them into requirement artifacts.
  • Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to ensure clarity of business needs.
  • Support senior analysts in creating functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Conduct basic competitor and market research for new products and features.
  • Take part in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the agile delivery team.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Maintain and update project documentation repositories.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow rapidly in a collaborative setting.
