Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues.
- Monitoring and Testing on the software product and service offering by Ceyentra
- Help maintain and monitor systems, networks, and IT devices.
- Support the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Assist in ensuring IT security practices and regular data backups.
- This role requires providing on-site technical support when necessary; therefore, candidates should be able to travel to client locations as needed.
- Must provide user training both onsite and online, as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT support tasks or systems administration.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments and networking fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving skills and a strong interest in providing quality customer support.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on IT environment.
- Prior experience in Cloud application, software development is additional benefit
