What You’ll Learn & Do

This role is hands-on and collaborative — you’ll support ongoing ERP projects and interact with real clients, while learning how to analyze, troubleshoot, and implement business workflows using Odoo.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Client Support: Respond to basic functional queries and help resolve day-to-day issues
• System Testing: Support QA testing of modules, features, and upgrades
• Data Work: Assist in data cleaning, imports, and validation during implementations
• Documentation: Help prepare user guides, FAQ documents, and internal manuals
• Training Support: Guide clients on ERP usage and assist with onboarding sessions
• Issue Reporting: Log bugs and technical errors to be addressed by developers
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with consultants and developers to deliver successful projects
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A final-year student or recent graduate in IT, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Passionate about business operations, digital tools, and how companies grow
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Eager to learn ERP systems (like Odoo) and solve real-world business problems
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of accounting or experience using tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or Zoho
