Responsibilities
- Day to day System / Application support activities.
- Adhere to company security policies and effectively control access to data.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, automation, trouble tickets, network configurations, hardware/software inventory, and audit requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application / system issues.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Implement operations automation using scripts.
- Identify capacity and performance needs for production infrastructure (compute, memory, disk, and network)
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Very good knowledge and hands on experience with Linux, Windows, Jboss ( WildFly), Tomcat.
- Network configuration & troubleshooting
- Understanding of network security & VAPT, penetration testing
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, OCI) would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with dockers & Kubernetes will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
