Position 1: Associate Software Engineer – Backend

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot (MVC).
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless integration and deployment.
• Contribute to build and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience with databases and blob storage is an added advantage.
• Exposure to frontend technologies like React.js or React Native is a plus.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong command of Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD practices.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Position 2: Associate Software Engineer – Frontend

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and scalable UIs using React.js or React Native.
• Build reusable components using JSX and follow best practices in component-based architecture.
• Manage state effectively using Redux, Context API, or component-level state.
• Collaborate in a version-controlled environment (Git/SVN).
• Exposure to DevOps/CD, basic databases, and blob storage is a plus.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in React.js and its core concepts.
• Strong understanding of JSX, reusable components, and state management.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
