Job Description
We are actively seeking highly motivated, self-driven Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to become integral members of the IFS R&D Shared Applications team.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to testing and ensuring the quality of enterprise application products and shared components. As a member of the Shared Applications team, your contributions will be crucial to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify testing requirements based on product specifications and develop and implement test strategies and test designs
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing, and perform exploratory and ad-hoc testing to uncover edge cases
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Cypress, Playwright or similar.
- Ensure all defects are properly categorized, documented, prioritized, and addressed before release
- Monitor and improve test automation coverage and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, software engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 3+ years' experience with a track record in working with enterprise grade software quality assurance.
- Pro-active, take initiative and responsibility.
- A natural desire to discover and learn new technologies and processes
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Cypress, Playwright or similar
- Knowledge of version control systems like GIT/Bitbucket.Exce
