We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer – Data & AI to drive the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge Data Analytics and AI solutions. This role involves defining technical strategies, optimizing data pipelines, and mentoring teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Data Analytics & AI projects.
- Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, RAG systems & Agents.
- Implement ETL/ELT pipelines for seamless data integration from diverse sources.
- Lead forecasting and classification model development for predictive analytics.
- Design and optimize Data Analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric
- Ensure high-performance, customer-facing - Data, AI and BI solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineers in BI, AI, and data engineering best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics (Fabric, Power BI) & AI/ML.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Azure AI.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn), and web frameworks (Flask).
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), API integrations, and vector databases.
- Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300)
Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600)
- Proven leadership in mentoring teams, defining technical roadmaps, and driving innovation.
