Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Identifying, creating, and deploying automation frameworks to streamline operational processes and increase efficiency.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing performance tuning strategies to optimize system resources and enhance user experience.
- Diagnosing operating system and application problems and providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and impact on operations.
- Designing and creating cloud services to support scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with telecommunications protocols including 4G (LTE), 5G (NR) and SS7/ Sigtran.
