Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Cloud and On-Prem systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Support Microsoft infrastructure, including Servers, Databases, and Cloud.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Systems and Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, M365) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
