About the Internship:
We are hiring interns to join our AI team, with a specific focus on training and fine-tuning Small Language Models (SLMs). As part of the team, you will work directly on core AI initiatives and contribute to building high-quality models for real-world applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with data — prepare, clean, generate, and analyze datasets for model training.
- Train and fine-tune SLMs using different techniques (e.g., LoRA, DPO, and GRPO).
- Run experiments to evaluate and improve model accuracy and behavior.
- Explore ways to optimize model size, performance, and efficiency.
- Share findings and insights with relevant teams across the organization, including engineering and product.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a degree in AI, ML, CS, Datascience or equivalent.
- Curiosity and a passion for learning how large language models work.
- Eagerness to go deep into concepts like training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
- Exposure to ML/AI work demonstrated through previous projects (e.g., coursework, research, or personal projects)
