SOFTWARE ENGINEER AND ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE ENGINEER – MOBILE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, and performant mobile interfaces.
• Continuously optimize front-end performance, ensuring smooth user experiences across devices.
• Build modular, reusable, and efficient front-end components to maximize code reusability and maintainability.
• Integrate and manage third-party libraries, dependencies, and RESTful APIs effectively.
• Collaborate in implementing and maintaining applications using the Redux architecture or similar state management approaches.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, QA engineers, and backend developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• For SE – 2-3 years of experience and ASE 1–2 years of experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with modern front-end development practices.
• Working knowledge of Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Experience translating UI/UX wireframes into responsive, high-quality mobile interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)

• Exposure to native mobile development using Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift (iOS).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile performance tuning, and debugging tools.
• Understanding of mobile design principles and platform-specific UI/UX guidelines.
