We are currently seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Assistant – E- Commerce to support the growth of our e-commerce platform and digital operations.
Position: Assistant – E- Commerce
Location: Nugegoda, Colombo District
Job Profile
• Assist with day-to-day activities related to the company’s e-commerce platforms.
• Support the upload and update of product information, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help implement promotions and online campaigns.
• Monitor basic web analytics and report on key customer interactions.
• Help manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support order processing and liaise with logistics teams for smooth delivery.
• Assist in tracking inventory and ensuring accurate online stock levels.
Candidate Profile
• Diploma or Certificate in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and basic CMS tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
• Basic understanding of Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
• Interest in fashion and digital retail trends is a plus.
