Join our growing team as a Senior WordPress & Shopify Developer in Colombo! You'll be responsible for creating fast, responsive, and high-performance websites, collaborating with our SEO team to optimize for search engines and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify eCommerce websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Implement Shopify Online Store 2.0 features while ensuring optimal SEO and performance.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance on-page SEO and site optimization for WordPress.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and support website migrations and updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in WordPress development with a focus on theme customization, plugin development, and site optimization, with advanced technical expertise.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress theme builders like Elementor and WPBakery.
• Experience with WordPress integrations, such as payment gateways, APIs, and third-party apps.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and troubleshooting for WordPress sites.
• Strong collaboration skills with design, development, and SEO teams are a must.
• A good sense of UI/UX to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
