What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in both product and service-based environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design outcomes across web and mobile applications.
- Mastery of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and design systems.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to guide junior designers and influence product decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual hierarchy and design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through execution across multiple products and projects.
- Translate business goals, user needs, and technical requirements into innovative and elegant design solutions.
- Create and maintain wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design documentation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our internal design standards and best practices.
