The Role

• Design and implement robust, scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services to support frontend applications.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance development practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on React and Node.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with responsive design.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with serverless technologies using AWS, including AWS IAM, Lambda, and related services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
