About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with automation experience to conduct quality assurance, testing, testing automation and ensure quality delivery in our web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining efficient, thorough test cases (manual & automated)
• Ensure developed features satisfy the customer requirement.
• Create automation scripts for each sprint development for automated testing.
• Record bugs in bug tracking applications (Jira) and maintain the fixing records.
• Work closely with developers, tech lead and product manager to ensure seamless alignment and successful project delivery.
• Conduct defect triage with internal team and customer UAT teams as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working as a quality assurance engineer.
• Automated testing is a must.
• Experience with web, mobile, and system quality testing.
• Experience with API testing
• Understanding on distributed system testing.
• Knowledge on working with applications built on the MERN stack is a plus.
• Sound understanding of database technologies.
• Knowledge on working with Scrum framework is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
