We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about human resource operations to join with ikman.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, on boarding & proper document keeping across all the departments.
- Assist in ensuring daily operational HR activities and processes are carried out and correctly followed.
- Be the part of the HR team & assist the seniors in maintaining HR compliance.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- A Degree in HR or any relevant field of management (Business Management/ Administration) from a recognized university/Institute).
- Having a full/part qualification in CQHRM or a Diploma in HRM from a recognized institute will be considered.
- A candidate who is willing to take challenges with a go-getter attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The candidate should reside in or around Colombo
