Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage financial records and statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor budgets and expenses
- Prepare employees' salaries and process payroll
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Assist with audits and financial forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
