What We’re Looking For - Qualifications:

- Candidates currently interning or working, or who want to gain experience in: Business analytics /Project management or development / Quality Assurance / Technical writer / Site reliability engineering (SRE)
- Passion for technology, ERP, and digital transformation.
- Undergraduates/graduates who want to gain real-world experience to build a strong foundation for their careers.
Bonus Points:
- Exposure to software development life cycles or agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems
- Basic understanding of: Development life cycle / Databases (SQL)
- Basic understanding of Cloud digital transformation.

- Company Sponsored Training - Selected candidates only need to pay a cloud environment setup fee of 15k LKR.

Your Responsibilities During Training:
- Participate in guided sessions on client requirement gathering to understand real-world business needs.
- Learn the fundamentals of business process analysis and how to align them with ERP systems.
- Conduct supervised market research and competitor analysis to understand industry dynamics.
- Receive continuous feedback and mentorship from industry professionals throughout the training.
