We are looking for a passionate System Administrator Intern to join our dynamic IT team.
You will support server infrastructure, help manage cloud services, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist in daily IT operations under the guidance of senior system administrators.
- Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and managing Linux and Windows servers.
- Help install, configure, and update server software and security patches.
- Assist with user account management, email setups, and permission configurations.
- Support backup operations and disaster recovery procedures.
- Help document system configurations, procedures, and updates.
- Provide first-level technical support for internal staff and clients.
- Collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and new projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of server operating systems (Linux/Windows).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, firewalls).
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Hands-on experience with real-world server and cloud systems.
