Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Technical Support Intern role located in Colombo District. The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting printer-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

- Analytical Skills
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working with laptops , printers and printer supplies is a plus
- Currently pursuing or holds a diploma ,Experience in related field
