Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Support Engineer - ERP role located in Malabe at XENOSYS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. The Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, customer support, and assisting with operating systems for clients utilizing ERP software solutions.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience with operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
