One of the leading companies in the beauty industry is seeking an Ecommerce Intern to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and customer service while contributing to a growing brand.
Responsibilities
- Product Management:
Assist with creating and uploading product listings, including high-quality images, descriptions, and specifications.
Maintain accurate product information and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
Research and recommend new products to add to the online store.
- Marketing & Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, Pinterest, and social media.
Process customer orders and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, and promotions.
- Finance Assistance:
Support financial tasks, including clearing outstanding payments and coordinating with the Finance team.
Assist in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing for e-commerce operations.
Coordinating with vendors on outstanding payments
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
