This internship position is only open to the candidates who have legal rights to live and work in Sri Lanka.
In this role you will:
● Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data from various sources.
● Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
● Develop and implement machine learning models using established algorithms (e.g.,
regression, classification, clustering).
● Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.
● Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
● Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines, including data
ingestion, transformation, and storage.
● Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
● Assist in data quality monitoring and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
● Work with data engineering tools and technologies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and
translate them into data science solutions.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and
related fields.
● Document code, methodologies, and results clearly and concisely
