Associate UI/UX Designer

Position: UI/UX Designer

📍 Location: Jaffna, Sri Lanka (Onsite)

📅 Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in UI/UX design

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong creative design skills with a keen eye for detail

✅ Ability to think through complex problems and create seamless user experiences

✅ High-level research skills to understand user behavior and industry trends

✅ Experience in designing for web and mobile applications

✅ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

✅ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end principles is a plus

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Qualifications for UI/UX Designers

To become a UI/UX designer, the urge to design intuitive elements and interfaces is crucial, along with the following qualifications:

🎓 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in design-related fields such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

🛠 Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other UI/UX design tools

Knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis

Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.

Understanding of cross-device design (mobile, tablet, and desktop)

Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and spacing for pixel-perfect UI

🤝 Soft Skills & Mindset:

Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

Attention to detail and precision in UI elements

User-centered thinking to improve usability and experience
