Technical Lead

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining ERP software. This position involves working on application, integration, mobile, and web solutions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Skill Requirements:

· 8+ years of experience in software development

· Expertise in .NET development

· Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) knowledge

· Proficiency in SQL Server & T-SQL

· Experience with WinForms, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API

· Familiarity with SSRS, IIS, JavaScript, Mobile & Web App Development

· ERP system experience

· Knowledge of business analysis, leadership, or accounting

· Write technical specifications based on Customer requirements and write quotations based on the specification

Responsibilities

· Develop high-quality software solutions

· Work closely with customers to understand their needs

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues

· Conduct peer reviews and ensure coding best practices

· Provide technical support and mentorship to other developers

· Work on impactful ERP solutions

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in IT

🎓 Microsoft certifications (preferred but not essential)
