We are seeking a dedicated and innovative professional to join our team as a Mobile Device Management / End User Computing Engineer. In this role, you will be instrumental in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting our mobile device management systems and end-user computing solutions. Working closely with other engineers and IT teams, you will ensure seamless device performance and security in our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Deployment & Management: Oversee the rollout, configuration, and lifecycle management of mobile devices, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
- System Maintenance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain end-user computing systems to guarantee optimal performance and operational efficiency.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to mobile devices and end-user computing environments, providing prompt technical support to users.
- Security & Compliance Enforcement: Implement and enforce security policies across all devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with IT and engineering teams to integrate MDM solutions with existing enterprise systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve device management processes and system performance, recommending innovative solutions to enhance user experience and operational resilience.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in End User Computing solutions and Mobile Device Management.
- Certifications: Principal-level certification on recognized End User Computing products is highly desirable.
