Role: Software Quality Engineer (Automation)


Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
  • Craft meticulous test cases and automation scripts to ensure product quality.
  • Set up seamless test environments and streamline integration processes.
  • Execute test cycles with precision, analyze results, and compile insightful reports.
  • Continuously monitor and improve quality metrics, refining our testing processes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent field.
  • Ideally, 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
  • A solid grasp of quality engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming (OOP), and adherence to coding standards.
  • Experience in web and mobile test automation, leveraging tools like Selenium and Appium.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and foundational software engineering concepts.
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with top-notch negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical acumen and a knack for problem-solving.
  • A genuine passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Certifications in testing and Agile methodologies are a plus.
