Role: Software Quality Engineer (Automation)
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Craft meticulous test cases and automation scripts to ensure product quality.
- Set up seamless test environments and streamline integration processes.
- Execute test cycles with precision, analyze results, and compile insightful reports.
- Continuously monitor and improve quality metrics, refining our testing processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent field.
- Ideally, 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- A solid grasp of quality engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java, object-oriented programming (OOP), and adherence to coding standards.
- Experience in web and mobile test automation, leveraging tools like Selenium and Appium.
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and foundational software engineering concepts.
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with top-notch negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical acumen and a knack for problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Certifications in testing and Agile methodologies are a plus.
