Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at STREET82, you will play a crucial role in analysing business performance, customer trends, and market insights. Your work will help optimize decision-making across marketing, sales, inventory, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources (sales, website traffic, customer behaviour, social media, etc.).
- Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time tracking of performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Optimize inventory forecasting by analysing demand patterns and sales trends.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep STREET82 ahead of the curve.
- Present findings in clear and actionable reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in demand forecasting, pricing analysis, or customer segmentation is a plus.
