We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including HR Operations, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture and ensuring a high-performing workforce.
HR Operations
Managing each step of the employee life cycle with proper documentation.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Compliance & HR audit
Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal requirements.
Handle workplace investigations and disciplinary actions professionally.
Performance Management & Development
Facilitate performance evaluation systems and support managers in conducting reviews.
Promote leadership development and succession planning.
HR Systems & Data Management
Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records.
Use HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
· Bachelor’s degree in HR / Psychology and/or PQHRM/CQHRM from CIPM.
· MBA in HRM or related fields would be advantageous.
· 7 + years of experience in HR role and 3 years in managerial or HR business partnering role.
· Sound knowledge in HR policies procedures and industrial relations.
· Demonstrated expertise in Performance management and employee engagement.
· Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive HR initiatives.
