What is the role?
We’re searching for an experienced assistant to execute day-to-day activities, administrative tasks, and special projects for our CEO and other executives, key stakeholders, and, by proxy, the broader team where needed.
This position touches every corner of the CEO’s life and business, which means the right person will have a passion for coming alongside the CEO and operations manager and putting the infrastructure in place to bring the company’s big vision into reality.
It’s a big role; we need someone who can quickly absorb new information and learn new things. Therefore, we’re looking for someone with deep career ambitions as an assistant to the CEO and someone who truly believes in the value of this role as their calling.
Projects you might work on:
- Work closely with the operations manager and CEO to execute day-to-day tasks effectively.
- Organize business invoices for the accountant.
- Handle manual invoice payments.
- Managing CEO calendar and email inbox.
- Owning the logistics of important personal purchases or team gifts.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Follow SOPs and complete tasks accordingly.
- Attend to business and personal matters outside of the office (banks, government offices, accountants, purchasing…etc)
- Oversee the execution of contract work out of office (office renovations, property renovations…etc)
