Digital Marketing Executive - Full-Time (On-site)

Role Description:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across multiple online platforms. This on-site role requires expertise in social media management, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative and analytical mindset to optimize marketing campaigns and align them with the company’s overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube,and TikTok.
Photoshop, Canva
• Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
• Update and optimize website content using CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEO tools.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital channels and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Create and edit short promotional videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
• Work with designers, developers, and content writers to execute marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ 2 years experience in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

✅ Experience in Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software.

✅ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.

✅ Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

✅ Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

✅ Ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

✅ Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

✅ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus.

✅ Experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing is an advantage.
