Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute website strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Oversee website design, development, and maintenance to align with marketing goals and brand standards.
- Manage and optimize website content for SEO, including blogs and multimedia.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers for enhancements.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Create and optimize content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, adjusting strategies based on data.
- Manage digital advertising budgets, paid search campaigns, and social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in web development or digital marketing is a plus. (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on web development and management.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO tools, and web optimization techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in managing web development projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in digital marketing.
