Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kandy. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with clients, troubleshooting problems, and providing exceptional customer service daily.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Sinhala & Tamil
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems and computer skills
- Degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent work experience
