Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Create and update technical documentation, including user guides and IT policies.
- Support the IT team in managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in deploying software updates and patches.
- Help maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring IT security measures.
- Participate in various IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Completed or Following a Diploma in Computer Hardware & Basic Networking
- Positive Mindset & Attitude
- Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks
- Ability to work under Minimum Supervision
