We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT administrator to join our dynamic IT division. As our IT administrator, you will be responsible for providing managing and maintaining our company's IT systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot corporate servers and networks.
- Proactivity ensures high levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Conduct new IT infrastructure implementations according to corporate needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot corporate backup solutions.
- Monitor corporate firewall.
- Administrating Office 365 Environment.
- Monitor CCTV/ PABX and coordinate with the solution providers to resolve any issues on time.
- Assist corporate users in resolving daily ICT-related issues.
Experience, Qualifications, and Knowledge
- Minimum one year experience in a similar capacity.
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in VMWare vSphere environment.
- Minimum one year of hands-on experience in Windows Server 2012 or above (including but not limited to AD, DHCP, and WSUS).
- Hands-on experience in Office 365 Environment (including MS Azure).
- A diploma (or higher qualification) in IT is necessary.
- MCSA/ MCSE/ CCNA/ CCNP certifications are considered an advantage.
