Position - Intern Information Technology
Responsibilities:
- Establish protocols for the utilization of IT resources across various departments.
- Offer guidance on the most appropriate IT solutions and choices.
- Provide technical support for systems and networks.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and higher-level technical support.
- Install and configure software and hardware components.
- Monitor the performance of systems and networks.
- Conduct troubleshooting, perform repairs, and facilitate data restoration.
- Execute maintenance tasks and manage software licenses and upgrade schedules.
- Evaluate supplier documentation and coordinate with suppliers for necessary repairs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in IT from a recognized educational institution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Quick learner with a strong passion for IT-related tasks.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
