Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Designer. The Junior Designer will be responsible for assisting the design team in ideation, creation, and execution of digital and print marketing materials. The role includes design, layout, and production for a variety of projects, such as social media graphics, digital ads, email newsletters, and print collateral. The Junior Designer may work remotely for a portion of the time but should be able to work in Colombo as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design software
- Good understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and incorporate feedback into designs
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus
- Experience in UI/UX Design Would be an added advantage
