Your role is to:
- Track campaign performance and generate reports to each payment partner
- Use a data driven approach to derive insights and increase ROI on campaigns
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign executions
- Preparation of performance reports related to payment partner campaigns
- Assist the recoveries process and regular follow up on payments
- Attend to customer complaints related to digital payments
You would best fit this role, if you:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Management, Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Successfully completed GCE O/Ls and A/Ls in the commerce stream
- Excellent written and verbal English / Sinhala communication skills is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Google Applications.
- Highly punctual in delivering work according to deadlines and well-organized work.
- Be adaptable, a multi-tasker and flexible to ongoing developments/demands of work.
- A team player and the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work from Monday to Friday
