* Thorough knowledge in ADDS - CD, DNS, STATIC & DHCP Addressing, AP Configuration, Printer Server, File Server, WSUS, Etc,
*Thorough knowledge in Windows server (2016+) firewall and GP Administering.
* Thorough knowledge in Network and Printer Troubleshooting.
*Thorough knowledge in desktop / laptop troubleshooting.
*Thorough knowledge in day to day Documentation process.
+ Knowledge in FortiGate Firewall (Is an added Advantage).
+ Knowledge in ERP (SAP - HANA) Managing / Troubleshooting is an added advantage.
+ Knowledge in HSENID HRM System & troubleshooting Biometric devices & Connectivity.
