We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to work directly with an American company.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the company's social media marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Working on the content strategy and growth strategy for the client's social media accounts
- Engaging daily on platforms Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Posting content across all social media platforms.
- Editing short-form videos for Instagram/TikTok.
- Designing and editing social media posts.
- Performing minor tasks involving social media accounts.
- Liaise with the client daily
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Canva, Capcut, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Work Schedule:
Ideally you need to align with the EST time zone. So candidates have the option to select from one of the below work schedules:
- Work starting from 5pm (for 8 hours)
- Work starting from 1pm (for 8 hours) but be open to client communication at other times
- Work usual work hours but be open to client communication at other times
Work Environment:
Our office is based in Hatch Works located in Colombo 01, known for its stunning and vibrant work environment.
