Position - SharePoint Developer

We are looking for a talented SharePoint Developer to join our Research and Development Centre in Colombo and be a part of our team of 300+ problem solvers who build brilliant tech, influencing billions of users globally.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant technical experience in SharePoint development preferably in a professional services consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365- SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform. (Power Apps & Power Automate)
- SharePoint on-premises.
- Experience in migrations including tools such as AvePoint Fly, ShareGate, SharePoint Migration Tool, PowerShell.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good experience in agile delivery.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
What You’ll Need To Do:
- Facilitate workshops and business requirements gathering.
- Business and technical documentations.
- Take ownership of work and keep up to date with project deadlines.
- Build strong work relationships with the client's product management and development team.
- Drive continuous improvement of software quality, customer experience, and maintainability of products/features.
