Job Description:
As an Intern - Client Relationship Officer at Global Guidance, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations within the education industry. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the world of international education consultancy and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients, including students and parents.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about universities, programs, application procedures, and visa requirements to clients.
Advisory Services: Offer guidance on course selection, university choices, and application strategies.
Documentation Support: Assist clients with the preparation of application documents and ensure all requirements are met.
Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they are progressing with their applications and address any concerns or queries.
Events and Seminars: Represent Global Guidance at education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
Reporting: Maintain records of client interactions and provide regular reports to the team.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or recent graduate/diploma.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Prior experience in client relations or education consultancy (preferred but not mandatory).
